The TTI Pastors Gathering is a two-day event designed to encourage, sharpen, and equip pastors as they lead their churches in Gospel mission. The gathering will focus on practical conversations around evangelistic impact, transferable discipleship, strategic networks, generosity, and next steps for strengthening the local church.

This gathering is for pastors from TTI partner churches and other church pastors who have been invited by a TTI partner church pastor. To allow room for more churches to participate, please limit registration to two attendees per church.

You were invited because a TTI leader or church partner believes this gathering could be valuable for you and your church. This is an opportunity to connect with The Timothy Initiative, learn from other pastors, and explore practical ways to strengthen your church’s discipleship, evangelistic impact, generosity, and mission.

The Timothy Initiative is a global disciple-making and church-planting ministry working to see the Gospel reach every village, everywhere. TTI partners with local leaders and churches to train ordinary believers to make disciples and plant churches where there is little or no access to the Gospel.

The gathering will take place at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, located at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This location was chosen to make travel as simple as possible for pastors flying in from across the United States.

We strongly encourage you to attend the full gathering if possible. The sessions are designed to build on one another, and the table discussions will help pastors process practical next steps together. If you have specific travel constraints, please note that during registration.

TTI will cover lodging on April 20, as well as breakfast and dinner during the gathering. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and any additional personal expenses. We hope this is a blessing to you and your church.

Yes. Participants are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Dallas/Fort Worth. Most attendees will likely fly into DFW on April 20 and depart on April 21, though some may choose to arrive earlier or stay later. See our travel page for information on a flight discount code.

The gathering will include a mix of presentations, panels, and table discussions. The goal is not only to share helpful principles and practices, but also to create space for pastors to process together and leave with practical “I will” commitments for the next season of ministry.

Dress for the gathering is casual or smart casual. The focus will be relational, practical, and discussion-oriented, so please wear what will help you feel comfortable and ready to engage.
