Travel and Flights

The TTI Pastors Gathering will take place at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, located on the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport campus.

For the simplest travel experience, we strongly recommend flying into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The hotel is located on the airport campus near Terminal C, and a complimentary 24/7 shuttle service is available between the hotel and all DFW terminals.

Attendees should plan to arrive on Tuesday, April 20 with enough time to check in, rest, and be ready for the start of the gathering. Newcomer Orientation begins at 1:00pm, followed by the first main session at 3:00pm. The gathering ends at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21.

Some travelers may consider flying into Dallas Love Field (DAL), especially through Southwest Airlines. While Love Field is an option, it is across the city from the venue. If you fly into Love Field, please allow for the possibility of up to an hour each way in Dallas traffic.

Local Dallas/Fort Worth attendees are welcome to drive, but are also encouraged to stay at the hotel to make the most of the time with other pastors and the TTI team. Parking at the airport is free for overnight hotel guests.

TTI will cover lodging on April 20, as well as breakfast and dinner during the gathering. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, additional hotel nights, and personal expenses.
