All Volunteers should:

• Plan to arrive 1 hour prior to the event if it has already been set up, including Oculus configuration. This is NOT enough time to unpack and set up the entire event and should be used for volunteers to run through the Experience event on their own or as a group, view the video, and familiarize themselves with their roles.
• Plan to arrive at least 2 hours in advance if they are unpacking and setting up the event, including Oculus configuration. This should allow plenty of time to set up all stations, run through the Experience on their own, and get acquainted with their training materials and roles.
• Have permission to volunteer from a legal guardian if under the age of 18.
• Read the VR Health & Safety Sheet and be aware of included warnings.
• Be comfortable interacting with people, creating conversation, and be able to remain flexible amidst changing time constraints. “Go with the flow” is key!
• Be physically able to stand and bend for several hours.

Roles of Volunteers

• Greeter (1 Person): Welcome guests, manage the sign in sheet, give general info, & direct "traffic”
• Virtual Reality Volunteers (2+ People): Assist guests in preparing headsets and providing instructions before and after the video, clean headsets & headphones
• Church Planters Circle Table Volunteer (1 Person): Thank guests, answer CPC questions, encourage guests to register to plant at least one church every year!
